srs light??

2 days ago i put an aftermarket steering wheel on my prelude 95 and now the srs light wont turn off.......i no longer have an airbag in the wheel?? is that the reason why if so where do i take off the sensor???

There's no sensor you can remove. The system isn't reading the air bag anymore that's why the light is on. It's telling you there's a problem.

take the guage cluster out and take the bulb out.

is that the only way to do it by taking the light bulb out or do i take it to da dealer

measure the resistance between the two pins on the air bag you removed, buy that size resistor and put it in the plug for the where the cable real plugs in to problem solved

I've heard of a way to short it.. can't remember how to though lol, my srs lights on as well.. got used to it after a while

well either ill take out the light bulb or out a resitor to short it out

The service manual actually tells you how to troubleshoot. Do you need the .pdf?
