Could be the bushings on the upper mount.

Sometimes this squeaky noise comes from the springs, where they touch the metal holder on both sides. Some mechanics use special kind of tape to isolate the first coil on both sides of springs. I think it's teflon tape or something.
Bushings sound like something is in the trunk and is jumping around. Those noises are different a lot.

i had a similar problem, but mine was an actually cluncking whenever I drove on a paved road on his a pot hole...i thought it was a shock noc...but it wasnt.

The issue was the ball joints on both rear upper control arm...they were both broken, loose, and had a lot of play. I replaced both arms (got used parts from a 96 lude in A shape) and the noise rattles and clunks all went away. Took me while to figure out what the problem was...well not really, i just wanted to try every cheap alternative before I went a head with the control arms to fix the issue.

g luck.
