Squeak, Squeak, In Rear Suspension after Lowering, HELP!!

I just recently lowered my car(94 Si), yeah I cut the stock springs(only temp.), looks good, rides good, and all, excpet there is an annoying "squeak, squeak, squeak" that happens alot, not only over bumps, but just even if the road isn't perfectly level, now what's interesting about this is that when it is warm outside it doesn't squeak at all, the colder it is the worse it is, this started happening only after the car was lowered, the speak happens on both sides, it sounds like its coming from higher up, towards the top of the strut from inside the car.... any ideas as to waht may be causing this?? any input is appreciated, and yes I know I shouldn't have cut the stock springs.... its only temporary, thanks!

It was cut about 2.5" front and rear, rear is the only part that makes noise....

My springs squeak quite a bit too. I was worried about it initially, but from what everyone on the boards has posted before it's actually quite normal. I have Skunk2 Coilovers on KYB AGX Adjustable Struts.

I think worn bushings would be a knock instead of a squeek

Everytime I go through a drive-thru, or drive next to a curb or wall, I hear this really dry squeeking on the left side of the car, and I have NO idea exactly what it is. I just want to drive through a puddle of oil so I can lube everything under my car...maybe then it'll stop.

Yup, my car squeaks especially when going over bumps or other road irregularities. Can't really hear it inside unless I have the windows down, then it can be heard.

I agree with bradly, cutting your springs is the worst thing to do to your car, it really messes with the damping and makes handling worse, the car will start 'bouncing alot'.....

I though it was my stock shock.... but when i changed the shock to KYB AGX it still does the same squeaking noise.... so it shouldnt be the shock...
