Springs and shocks

Question !!! I wanted to lower my 93 prelude.

1. What springs are prefered by most 4th generation prelude owners

2. Do you have to replace the shocks when replacing springs. What brand of shock is prefered and are the different brand shocks different in stiffness ?

3. Do you have to replace front and rear sway bars? What brand?

Appreciate everyone help

I asked this a while ago and people told me to get
coilovers. Is there a cheaper alternetive that will
still gimme stiff suspension but a ride that wont
break my neck?

coilovers aren't the cheaper alternatives, but it's one of the best ways to improve the handling of the car.

1. springs: basically you get what you pay for. pretty much all of the well-known brands are good enough, such as eibach, h&r, etc. it basically comes down to drop preference and stiffness (i think?)

2. you don't have to replace the shocks, but it's recommended so that you don't have to go through the process of replacing suspension stuff again.

3. you don't have to replace the sways, but it enhances the handling capablities if you upgrade the suspension.
