Spoon Sports Strut Bar

Anyone here have this product? I know Spoon is to Honda what salt is to food, but has anyone installed this on their car? Is it worth it or would I just be better off buying a DC Sports strut bar instead for less $?

Avoid dc sports strut bars at all costs, the damn bar actually bent when I stood on my friend's. Not sure if theres a neuspeed bar for 4th gens, but if there isn't, i'd say get the spoon bar

Neuspeed is the best bar imo because of the way it mounts. I noticed a big difference when I installed my front one

I've got Spoon strut bars front and rear, they both really tightened up the car. My car is much more solid now with the two. Another great alternative, like the other 2 listed, is the Neuspeed, they make a very sturdy front bar as well.

Appreciate the suggestions. I'll probably end up going with the Neuspeed then. Less money and just as good!

Hehe, I had an ebay FSB that I got for $20...I could bend it by simply yanking upwards on it, haha.

I want a Neuspeed also.

for the money, neuspeed is probably the best front strut bar available. as for the back, i'd recommend either custco or tanabe if you want a name brand bar. spoon is nice but kinda pricey. if you want a bigger difference in the way your car handles and you already have shocks/springs then go w/sway bars!

I have read that the Spoon front strut bar does not fit 4th gens with ABS. Is this true or can you make it fit with some minor fugging?

^^^
You have to fudge it. There is a thread on it. Personally, you are better off with Neuspeed for the front

I have neuspeed in the front and spoon on the rear in my 4th gen... both r excellent bars

They don't really still make them... R&D just had a groupbuy on them... don't know if they have any left or not. I've seen them used pretty often though... so just keep your eyes open for them.

They had a GB for the 5gen ones, not the 4gen. From my knowledge the rear fits both gens but the front is gen specific. Anyone know for sure?
