Spoon Engine

If I want to have a "Spoon" engine, what all is required? I was going to try the h22 swap. What would just the Spoon ECU do? How much would just a chip cost for the P13?

Last time I checked spoon didn't make anything for the H22A. Try JUN.

Spoon makes stuff for the H22A. Check out www.inlinefour.com for Spoon Products. Though most of the Spoon line is for B series engines, they do make some products for the H series.

You just get done watching F&F? J/K

My cousin works at a shop, and after the movie came out, everyone was asking for them

I think Spoon makes crate motors for the B-series, but not for the H. THey do make some parts.

I remember Jun saying they had a H22 , and their claim was over 270hp

if your buying the Spoon engine for street use, thn forget it. Unless you plan on rebuilding it again. I've talked to at least 4 ppl that hve Spoon crate engines and they all detonated and had to be rebuilt. One of them actually detonated on the dyno.

not sure?
but I've sat in a car in North America with B18C5 with a 13.5:1 cr on 92octane...it was running very nice (no pinging)
157lb torque, and 210whp....very very nice....
but i guess.....reliablity is always an issue.
