Spoke With Brian Crower

Ok, Brian told me that cams for the H23 should be done by the end of the year. He explained to me that they are working on RSX cams right now because of the high demand, and that H23 are in in the works. He told me to keep checking back with him. So, I will bug him in a few months, and keep you all updated.

I wont know until they actually make and test a core. My guess is that they make a semi power cam.

Yup, nobody (until now) has made a billet cam for the H23, all that's been available are regrinds (which I think MachineHead put up a post many moons ago as to why regrinds are inferior).

Regrinds.
Plus, I've never heard anything good about that company. I don't know how much I'd trust a company with making my cams, when they state the H23 was in Preludes from 1992 to 1998.
