Spoiler removal

I think I wanna remove my spoiler but does anyone know of maybe some little plugs or something I can buy for the holes so they dont rust up?

fiberglass/bondo/weld and paint is your only route

i have seen some just put electrical tape pver the holes but thats crappy lookin

i personaly have another lid i bougth that never had a spoiler i just have to find time to paint it
