spoiler mounting

I will be intalling a bb4 spoiler on my trunk this weekend, i have it all figured out except how to gauge the 5-7 lb-fl torque for the bolts. How can i measure what torque i tighten the bolts to?

a torque wrench!

Torque on the spoiler shouldn't be that difficult. Just put some loc tite product on the bolts and tighten it down hand tight. Check tightness again in a couple of days.

I had to have mine painted when I got it. So the body shop drilled the holes for free.

Make sure the rear step matches up to the back of the trunk lid. It loos so much better than the stock holes.

yes, where it mounts to the trunk you will see how it follows down to the trunk lid and sits flush. I don't think I have any good pics of it or I would show you....

I will look though

ok...

this was a pic I took after my wreck so no comments about how uneven the tail light is.

just run the spoiler back where it meets flush to the back side of the trunk lid
