Spent $1400 to fix the damn air conditioner!

Could you believe it? I could have gotten rims and tires with that kind of money. I had a choice between used and new parts so I chose the new parts, the compressor n all and it came out to 1400$!

Damn... this freaks me out. I haven't used my A/C in over 7-8 months, b/c my headers burned a hole in one of my 2 hoses. I'm supposedly getting the hose I need, and I know I'll probably have to replace some seals, and the A/C oil, but damn... if it costs anywhere near 500 bucks, the A/C is getting yanked.

Yanking the a/c is not an option where I live. When i got in my accident the compressor had a little ding. They replaced it and the system wasn't working so I ended up with a hole new system.

Screw that!!

Mine is gone. Compressor went (as I never use it and one day took someones advice) I had other damage from that as well.

I am happy to say I don't have AC now!

1 less pully to run through = MO POWA! :P
