sparkplugs

I was wondering if buying new sparkplugs and/or ignition wires is really worthwhile. What exactly do they do for you?? How much power can one expect from them? Thanks for the help

NGK copper zfr6-f11 or zfr7-f11 every 15-20k is what I suggest.

BTW, 7s are a ***** to find and no local shops will order them. Luckily I found a place that had some.
