sparkplug question

this could be stupid but wat are the torque specs of ngk copper spark plugs......on the back it says 4 different types of torque specs.....well two were for iron heads......so that ruled that out.....but the other was aluminum head with one being tapered and the other gasket......vast difference in the two torques.....i chose gasket and did it at 20 ft/lb......wondering wat yall do?

not to high jack your thread, but when do you usually change spark plugs out, im trying to wean my car off of shop mainteneance for small easy stuff and up untill now ive just taken it in every 3k for oil and every 15k for their second more important check and 30k for the larger one, so im sure theyve done plugs but anways, i wanna do it on my own now, so how often should i do them and what plugs are the best for just a regular N/A basic bolt on setup but gives a healty spark

yeah thats wat i just put in......ngk coppers......they say to change them every 15k i think......and they do have torque specs on the back......i guess i'll just keep the 20 ft/lb and keep using the anti-seize grease......
