Spark Plugs

What kinda spark plugs does everyone use? Can you get anykind of gains from spark plugs? What intervals do you change them at?

What would happen if I put the spark plugs for the VTEC engine in my F22B engine? Anything?

There's

Bosch
Denso
NGK

Plugs I found on this site.

Spark Plugs

But then again, I have a F22B, DOHC pretty much the same as the H23A

here's this page for the h22:

spark plugs II

Oh, and what about the spark plug seal?

NGK is the best, unless you car is force fed, you will need nothing more than NGK, afterall its OEM and I think OEM is the best...

honestly i think a plug is a plug. your not going to gain anything from different kinds unless you are running some sort of forced induction. my mechanic is using some brand called champion in his turbo b16 and they work just fine.

NGK is oem, I'm sure that's what they use.

As far as using an H23 plug or F22 plug in an H22. They are the same plug except for heat range. Use a ZFR5-F11 in a car that needs ZFR6-F11s and it will burn up the plug. If you do the opposite then it may foul if the engine doesn't get hot enough. If you have nitrous, FI, or hot climate this is suggested.

if your lude is not heavily modded, regular copper is just fine, go w/ NGK, they're OEM, nothing burns better than copper, platinum just last longer

I pulled my plugs and the 2 and 3 cylinders were still new looking, just looked a little worn. The 1 and 4 Cylinders were all black (even the threads) with some kinda stuff that i just wiped off. The #4 cylinder had a little bit of oil residue around the washer on the plug. I am hoping that nothing is wrong. Could there be something to cause my #1,4 cylinders to be black and the #2,3 cylinders to be shiny still?
