Spark plug diagnosis...

Checked my plugs today b/c i planned on doing routine maintenance sometime soon (plugs, wires, cap & rotor, etc...). I bought the car with 100k miles on it and it now has 130k miles on it. This is the first time i've pulled the plugs, i believe they were replaced at 90k as well.

This was discouraging. So i replaced all four plugs with NGK v-power and drove around for 10 miles before pulling a plug...

My engine is not running hot, coolant level is fine. I haven't touched the timing. I don't have a fuel controller. I set the valve clearances several months ago, but i want to recheck them b/c the engine is a little noisier than usual i think. Otherwise, no problems with the car.

As far as power mods i have intake/header/race cat/exhaust.

SO, now what do i do?
