under my hood whenever I get done driving. I think it is my clutch. But I can smell it burning. Is this normal for clutch wear. I have noticed that the clutch also doesent have a much peadl pressure and grip the last week. Its not like smoking or nothing but I can certainly smell it. Help please

dont worry about it
If it smells like clutch everytime you get done driving, then something is wrong. If you are also experiencing less grip, and pedal pressure, then I would take it to a mechanic and have it checked out. When is the last time you changed your clutch, it is probably worn way past being able to fix it just by adjusting.
i had a similar problem. what it was, was the tranny fluid leaking and it gets on the metal which is really hot, then the burning smel comes out. im guessing it is the tranny fluid and also add the dot3 in ur hydroclutch
Haha, don't worry about it. If something is burning, in car or not, you should always worry about it. I've heard of burning smells under the engine, but different smells can be way different thing. Such as tranny fluid, which was the one problem I've ran in to. But I've heard of clutches and everything. Smell around and CAREFULLY touch things to see if somethings hot.

the smell is going away now, I think it just got so hot one time that it glazed over, and its just the glaze burning off the clutch that I smells. Oh well

Yes, you need to change it. I do mine every 30k. There are 2 bolts in the side of the tranny. The lower one drains it. Then you put that one back in (with a new washer) and take out the upper bolt. Refill throught the upper bolt hole until it runs back out. Put the bolt back in and you are done. The only tricky part is getting the fluid into the fill hole (I used a turkey baster myself).

Dude you just told me how to change the tranny fluid. I want to know how/if you change the clutch fluid.
I thought that was what you meant. If you mean the hydraulic fluid, it is the same as bleeding your brakes. The bleed valve is on the slave cylinder down on the front of the tranny. I don't know how often you need to change it though.
