with my throttle body cable, the other day my car was idling low, so i adjusted it by making the cable tighter via those little screws near that black rubber thing, my car is fine, but my gas pedal gets stuck frequently and i can't press it, i havta stomp on it real hard, and the thing is i drive stick so its becoming a pain in the ass... what should i do... anything i could've done wrong by making it tighter?...??

If the cable is worn you may have to replace it. The screwdriver method may not work.
I had a shift linkage cable that was binding that was blocking out shifts, especially the 2nd to 3rd upshift. Replaced the cables and it shifted like new again, except with my short throw shift kit, which probably caused it to bind after about 60K+ miles of use.
i just recently put on my Neuspeed Shifter adaptor, and within 2 weeks these problems arose... how could the short shifter adaptor cause these problems??

Jose
It places and added stress on the cables. If the car already has a lot of miles on it the cables will wear out faster.
Mine took about 60K+ miles to wear out after adding the B&M kit.
..how do they place a lot of stress? and i think thats what my problem is, what exactly do i havta fix?? and what do i need, and most of all, how much..?
thanks dude, i think you just saved me BIG TIME PROBLEMS
