something loose

at like 2.5 rpm, i heard something rattling in the engine bay and its usually always around 2.5 rpm. im thinkin somethings loose but im not exactly sure what. maybe some of you guys have encountered this.

and also, i get this like clicking sound on my rear left suspension when i go over bumps and stuff which i think is new because i dont recall ever hearing it before. im a bit worried that something is coming loose or something. i have tein ss by the way. should i jack it up and try tightening a few things to make sure nothings coming lose or its a normal sound or something? its like a click, kinda like when you open a snapple bottle for the first time and only happens on bumps.
