someone help me

I have a 92 prelude with a swapped vtec engine. The prelude does not start at all, while it does turn over. I have change the fuel filter, spark plugs and we have checked that the fuel pump is working properly. I dont know what the problem could be. When the car would actually start i noticed that when i was stopped the rpm would jump between 500 and 1500 rpm. If anyone has any suggestion please help

Man this could be absolutely anything. Check over all your hoses and vacuum lines.

It turns out it was moisture buildup inside my distributor cap. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

let it dry out for a little while (atleast overnight) and see if that works. if it does....you may need a new o-ring for the d-cap. if that doesn't work, you may try replacing the distributor. check and see if the igntor works.

Spray it out with carb cleaner (it evaporates) and then hit with air nozzle and blow all the moisture, cleaner and junk out of it and put back on with new O ring...

you might as well replace the whole cap and rotor while you're at it...
