some questions about the wingswest rs and bigmouth kit

for the front RS lip, you just put it over the stock front bumper right? do you have to remove that little black part of the bumper on the bottom? How much more inches does the rear lip add on to the back bumper? I have a DC exhaust and its right up to my bumper so i would need to cut the rear lip or lower my exhaust to acomodate the Wings West. The Bigmouth bumper, does it retain the stock rock shield under the engine?

thanks

Umm the big mouth: yes you can keep the re bar... You do not have to remove it.

Rs Lip : yes it goes over your stock.....

The RS lip fits right over the stock bumper including the Si and VTEC black lip.

The rear of the RS kit will come in contact with the exhaust. You will have to modify the rear lip or lower the exhaust. My opinion would be to alter the lip rather than lower the exhaust because the exhaust piping already hangs low. I have heard of people that squeezed the lip on their car without altering it and the lip melted and burned in that certain area.

The big mouth bumper, part of the shield still remains but some of it has to be removed because there is nothing for it to attach to on the big mouth bumper. The larger area that covers the under side of the engine is still present but there is a smaller portion that is directly under the downpipe and meets the front of the stock bumper, this cannot be used with the big mouth front bumper.
