seems i cant find a decent lude for sale in my area, all are either pure junk pure rice or wayyy overpriced. I just want a stock h22 or even h23 5 spd with less than or around 150000 miles i dont care about paint or small dents just runs good no leaks and wont fall apart two months down the road and I dont even care about working A/C and i live in central-ish Flordia!!!! so i ask the prelude community is that too much to ask for less than 4 grand!!! if i had the resources to go out of state i would but i work at a gas station and go to college and depend on roommates for rides!! why do the Honda gods frown upon me!!! after all i only owned one GM and i hated it!!!! any help from people around orlando or daytona or anywhere in the same state any help would be great!!! keep an eye out or ear open and help a fellow luder get started plz

Sorry but this is pretty much going to be the case.

This is an old car and if you want a clean decent one, you might have to pay a premium.

4k won't get you a very good Prelude. For that price, you might be able to find a decent integra gsr or a del sol, but those are about the best Hondas you can expect for that price.

You can get a good start for 4grand just gotta look around, I got my 5th gen with only 50,000 miles a vis cf hood, motegi 18' dp5's, jdm h22 swap and new clutch for 5,000.

thanks alot guys and skyy i figured 4k was a good starting point or at least a fair one for a good DD and indy no way am i going for anything other i will wait it out rather than get a del slow or a teg i respect them but everyone here has one. I love the lude and like you said its an old car but i dont care about paint or looks as long as the engine and body will last at least a year with minimal problems im good (enlistment bonus!!)
