And this is the parts car I am wanting to use. 1996 Honda Prelude SI

The parts car says it has an M2S4 Tranny. Will this interfere with the h22a transmission swap or will all the parts work?

I want to keep my prelude. I love it... But I have to have a 5-speed soon. My father who is a pro mechanic of 30+ years is going to help me or I would never dream of something so complicated. I am building a portfolio or info and I just thought I would ask what you fellas thought about these parts.
