so I installed some kyb agx's and eibach springs todat

And for some reason the front end of the car sits higher than the back. What the hell is up with that? They ride very nice but it sits realy ugly. I am didspointed.
But I was a little confused while doing the install. The damper fork has no place to sit on the shock like the stock ones. So I had no clue where to tightn it down at. Should I have let it sit against the brackets for the brake lines? Because I didnt do that. I just had a little bit of the shock showing out of the bottom of the damper fork. I am thinking that could be the problem.

Any input of this would be great!

Also what would be good to use to get my ignalls camper kit to stop squeeking?

THANKS GUYS AND GALS

it takes a while for it to settle so hopefully it will come down some.
Of course you made sure that the F springs were put on the front and the R on the back

Yeah I double checked every one before I but them in. And for some reason the left rear one sits like 1 in. lower than the right rear.

This is really making me mad because the car had a great stance with the stock struts and eibach springs I just wanted to finish it off and now the car looks horrible.

My poor lude

Let the springs settle before you start complaining.

the springs have 40,000 miles on them. I was using them with the stock shocks for a while and wanted to finish them off.

Is it maybe because Iused the polyeurithane inserts for the top of the spring?

If it were me, I would just uninstall and then reinstall very carefully next weekend checking everything twice that would affect the difference in heights

Well the rear passenger one finally settled down so the rears are even, but the fronts are still ALOT taller than the rear. Its about an inch difference. I will double check the damper fork and see what happens

Are those Eibach sport springs?

The fender in the front is designed to be higher than the rear.

my H&R sports are higher in front than in the rear ...

but left/right are even... I think vtec's sit lower in the front from the added weight of the H22 than H23 ... could be wrong though .. not a huge diff but a bit ...

when I did my kyb/h&r install all was great .. you said something about the shock sitting lower in the fork?.. there should be a taper on the shock itself where it slides into the fork ... make sure its not below ...raise it up, tighten it some maybe? ... that doesn't sound right to me ...

WHO HOO! I fxed the problem today! It was my front dampers that were sitting up to high. So all Ihad to do was loosen the 14mm bolt and bring the suspension up onto the shock further and whala! It all sits about even and the ride is sooo nice. everytime I hit a bump it just glides over it nice and smooth!
