So I did the LED mod for a 4th gen
Ok so I see pIOUs has already done a write-up for the gauges.. damn that foo's a pimp..
anyway..
I suxors at taking pics..
the method for this is basically the same for a 5th gen.. you guys can use pIOUs' write up..
I'll have the guy take some pics once he gets his parts back... he's gonna try using the blue flim without neon to do the gauges.. I guess it'll just be like the 5g clock

i use a breadboard to mount all the leds so in the end i only have 2 wires running to the source rather than 1 ground for each led.
also for the temperature slider i have red leds mounted behind it also so both the blue and red show up rather than only blue.

I started to do my dash but the led i got wasnt bright enough. But since my car is gone now i cant finish it.
