despite the body being in ****ty shape (i'll get it repainted nicely some day)

the car runs fine.

one problem I really want to get taken care of right now, but the guages in the middl eof the console do not work.

The gas gauge and the temp guage do not light up, they're not on, I dont know how much gas is in the car or if its over heating or anything on my 4 hour trip home tomorrow. (just gonna fill up every 200 miles)

sooo what could cause this??? where could i start looking to figure out how to fix this one?

ebay, or look up the member darkrican. He usually has a surplus of parts.
