No check engine light or anything?

Those numbers look like you are running without a cat. I'd pull that sucker down and see if she's been hollowed out or has a hole melted through it.

How many miles do you have, and what mods? That will alter your a/f ratio, could make you run rich, and could have resulted in a fouled O2 and cat.

As an owner you should keep up with maintenence. Check your plugs, dist. cap, dist. rotor, and wires. If any are bad or beyond spec, you would run an excessively rich exhaust (poor combustion).

I'm betting your cat is fragged. Those numbers are WAY beyond what they should be, they should be down in the <10ppm range. Hondas are usually at the bottome of the measureable scale.

My only suggestions:
- Take the cat down and look at it in the light. You should see some light through it, but not clearly. If you can't see anything through it, it's damaged, or it has a huge hole in it, replace it.
- Replace the O2 sensor. With your miles you will probably need it.
- Replace your EGR valve and check the vacuum control for it. Make sure the hoses aren't cracked or missing.
- Check your timing and make sure it is set to stock.

That's about it- I can't even think of anything else that would cause excessive emissions, at least not something that wouldn't cause other symptoms (like a MAP and a real rough idle or something).

yeah, the high HC and CO numbers say that you have fuel that is going unburned. You are probably running rich. The high NOx numbers say that your cat is not functioning correctly. I'd do all the things Marcucci said. I am guessing your cat is dead.

I don't know about all of the other stuff, but O2 sensors aren't cheap. If I recall right, w/ install, at the DEALERSHIP, it was about 200-250 bucks. You should probably be able to get everything, w/ install, for about 500 ... but that's a rough guess, after the O2 w/ install.
