smells like gasoline

when i park after driving, my car smells like gas. sometimes u can even smell it when stopped at a light or something. i also get pretty crappy gas mileage. fuel leak or running too rich?

i used to smell gas after I'd gun my car and switch at 7,000 with my old H23...i didn't care i thought it was normal...

Not trying to be a prick, but are you sure you retard your timing if you're running rich?? When I was running really rich, I was sputtering and got really bad mileage. I advanced my timing, and all was better.

I get a little of that smell. My a/f gauge always reads a little rich when at WOT.
