Slight Clunking sound

When i accelerate I will hear this clunking sound, it happens once while accelerating and happens once when I am breaking. So if I start driving I will eventually hear the clunk (before 25mph) and then I wont hear it again until I break enough. It will keep happening like this as long.

I feel the clunk when I am breaking, but I have no idea what it is. The engine is running fine with no problems, so I am positive it is not there. Any ideas what it could be? Its very annoying to always hear. It started once I replaced my gasket on my throttle body.

Thanks

maybe check your lugnuts on your wheels.... i heard a similar sound that that was what it was... i just forgot to give them a little more torque when i had it on the ground... i usually heard it at the speeds you mention... especially during breaking
