Does anyone know of any R34 mods that can be done to a 4th gen. I was thinking about getting the tail lights converted to the R34 style. I saw an accord done like that and the accord ligths are similiar to the 4th gen lights. i was also looking into getting the head lights converted also. I dont know anythinng about this conversions thats why i am asking about it...any info whether its good, bad, cheap or expenisive would be good.,..thanks
It can be done. It's just going to cost you a grip of money. Cost of skyline parts aren't cheap. Then theres the labor, body cutting molding wedding. If done right it could look really good. We're talking couple thousand dollars atleast.

do you know of any sights where the mods have been done to a 4th gen? i was thinking about getting the r34 rear and the JDM 1 piece in the front...how much does the jdm go for also?
last week's feature car on hondaprelude.com was a 4th gen with R33 tails.
You should check it out.
JDM headlights usually go for around $600-$700 retail, but you can find them on ebay for cheaper.
the Omgea front...but i am not sure about the kit...i was looking at the WW Big Mouth on the front and the Combat on the rear with the R33 light conversion....not sure though...need ideas and some facts

I agree, Please don't disgrace such a great car.

I don't think you would be moking it if you made your car look nicer. And maybe the reason why he can't have the real thing is cuz a REAL skyline costs around 60k for a R33 and 80k for a R34. Not everyone has that much $ to spend on a car. And if you think conversions are played out, look at all those people that have the "altezza" tail lights... now those just look plain stupid...

Its called vendor envy. You don’t see any Nissan mocking a Honda do you? I have a Prelude and a 240sx love them both.
I'm not here to bash Honda. Everyone is allowed to mod a car to there liking. I just find it offensive when someone mocks anothere car such as a skyline.
I don't think you mock nissan if you put there lights on your lude. If anything it is a complament. AS for everyone bashing the altezzas, why? Yea a lot of people get them but that is because they look good! I have the CF ones and i think they look great on my lude. Thes stock ones is my opinion are ugly, big red triangles. All i'm saying that is people should really do whatever they want to there car......................except for big wings, ugly eyebrows, type R badges, crazy decals
i agree...by adding other cars parts onto your car you arent mocking them...if i have mustangs i am not going to put a mustang light conversion on my car and be like...yeah mustangs are so ugly, thats why i have their lights on my car....i like the lude but i also like to be different...i know conversions themselves arent different but it depends on which conversion you do that makes it different...i looked up the r34 stuff and i like the Wingwest Big Mouth better anyway...now i ahve to find a good ww kit to get...hehe

Hahaha you just totally contradicted yourself, and the reason why i dislike altezzas is because they look cheap. Personally i love the r33/34 taillights and would love them on my lude.
Thank you, see, everyone agrees... Its how you make your car look with the conversion that counts. Everyone has different taste. Some people like the IS300 style, some like the skyline, while others like stock... Whatever it is, as long as your happy, who cares what other people think. I personally think a lude w/ the r33 tail lights look nice as fuk. Being different is what makes you win shows.

ahhh hey i saw your car outside of santa clara billiards a couple of weeks ago. i was wondering if you were on any of the boards.
anyways, back to the topic... you don't mock something by putting it on your car. with that kind of logic, you'd be mocking your own car.

Over time ive learned something about modding the looks
of your car. If you want other people to like the way your
car looks, ask what people like and find out what whats liked,
there will always be somone who thinks you are a poser or
your style is old. If you want to like the way your car loox
do what YOU think looks good
