i am planning on investion in stage 1 skunk2 camshafts, and i was wondering if i should also get their valve springs. I have a vtec with 111,000 miles CAI/H/E and a vtec controller. Thanks.

i think if you get cams, you basically have to get new springs because with a more aggressive cam profile it will be too much on your stock springs.
