Simple suspension question

I have H&R sport springs, if i bought say KYB AGX's would it make my car sit lower? or just stop the bounciness? What's it really do? Sorry I'm not a suspension enthusiast

I will just allow you to adjust the compression of the shock, which will let you adjust the stiffness of your ride. I guarantee they will feel 20 times better than your stockers.

So the ride doesn't move at all correct? No height difference at all?

the h&rs will lower you a little bit. prolly the same as my car (if you can see the sig pic) the new shocks have adjustability and thus it will be as smooth, or as stiff as you wish

Tyler is correct. The AGX struts do not have adjustable height. The AGX have a permanant perch that the spring sits in.

most of you people didnt even understand his question. i sometimes get the same kinda replys that doesnt answer my question. he ALREADY has h&r springs on his car so it sits lower then stock already. his question was if you replace the shock and keep the h&r springs on, will the ride height change just because of the shock. but according to red92si, it wont change the height. you guys should read the question more cafefully or something. not all of you, most of you.

if anything your car might be raised a little, especially if your stock shocks are sagging. But if the stockers are good, then your car will maintain the same stance as it has with the H&R's on it. You only gain rebound adjustment with them, no ride height or compression adjustment.

I had neuspeed sport springs (I know, not H&R,) on my integra, then I added some Tokico struts (again, not AGX, but you get the idea). It lowered a small bit more, but barely noticable. Tokico said this might happen, spring rates, strut compression, etc..
