sidemarker install? how much $?

Just curious, I have two fenders that I am going to install sidemarkers on... Is there and exact location the sidemarkers go? Also about how much would a body shop charge me to make the holes? how complicated is it? and can I do it myself with a dremel? thanks.

I took a pic of a JDM car, and I had the bodyman mark and install them. They charged me $100 to put them and my JDM one peice in and wiring everything they way I wanted. I have my sidemarkers hooked up so they are on and they blink. It isnt hard to do, you just have to have the measurements correct.

Heres how i did mine...if your looking at a side view of the car of the drivers side and the front to your left, make a straight line from the top of the wheel-well towards the door (left to right)...then do that again from the sideskirts towards the hood (down to up)....theres a point where these 2 lines intersect...at that intersection, thats where the front of the sidemarker goes...hope this helps or even if it makes sense...oh, and btw, from the first line you made going left to right, thats also the top of the sidemarker line...so the sidemarker shouldnt go above that line...

I got two MINT condition jdm fenders off eBay for $120 shipped, came with the side markers Just had the body shop spray them spa yellow pearl to match and I was good to go.

So they sprayed it for free? I was thinking about going that route as well, but I think drilling a hole in the fender is far less expensive than buying JDM fenders unless the JDM fenders are the exact color as your Prelude. I haven't had that luck yet. :-(
