would they be stealth or would they stick out. I think the bumper would look better without fog lights sticking out.

arent those holes just a tad bit small for fogs?? i think that it would look off anyway. imma go with the majority and say na.

I have the same bumper, and have thought about it also. .. When and if I ever get an intercooler (where my fogs are now) then I will definitely mount some in those holes just because how many times have you seen it? I think it would be trick.

looks like those holes are angled inwards, which would be tough to make the fogs angle forward

If you found some way to mount them in those holes so you couldn't see them; then maybe. It would look pretty tight at night though.
