i think cementups has hooked up w/ neuspeed, or else, Nopi has Neuspeed for $92 something
IMO i dont' think you'll need spoon unless you're loaded, but if you have extra, spoon rear is really nice to have

umm the only lower tie bar that i know of is tanable and dc sport, the skunk2 one is debatable. Neurspeed doesnt' make one for us. and if spoon makes one, they are very rare

i've got the nuespeed upper front tie bar. i love it. it's really good you can feel the difference. it's kind of a pain to get in though, but it's worth it for slight oversteer. it also looks kinda cool.

PS- i'm on all stock suspension with 4ws other than the tie bar

my favorite will be neuspeed upper front, spoon upper rear if you have the greens, and sway on the bottom

Spoon does not make TIE bars, they make STRUT bars. You can purchase a spoon front upper strut bar and a spoon rear upper strut bar. If you buy a good quality bar such as spoon or neuspeed you should notice a slight difference in the handling characteristics of your car.

If you want TIE bars you have to look to either DC, tanabe, or skunk2. They don't do anything performance wise, they just look shiney.

Sway bars can also be purchased and the big names are Neuspeed and Suspension Techniques. Replacing the rear sway bar makes the most difference in handling out of all the bars. The will help aid the car by providing more oversteer by tightening up the rear portion of you car. This is a good solution to the dreaded factory understeer

If you are still looking for recommendations I would say get either the spoon or the neuspeed for the front upper strut bar. The spoon bar is tough to get ahold of, but if you can it's a beautiful piece. Neuspeed are also very good due to their 1 piece design. It basically depends if you want to spend the money on the spoon, performance will be about the same.

For rear upper strut bars there isn't a lot of selection. Once again you can go with spoon but price and availability are factors. There are generic bars which probably won't be to strong. For these you can get whatever you want.

For rear lower tie bars the deciding factor is looks. DC is the most common and comes in 3 different colors. Skunk2 just came out with a rear lower tie bar which is more of a conservative looking bar. They don't make a difference in handling so get whatever you think looks pretty.

And remember if you buy a spoon front strut bar you will not be able to install it without modifying the passenger side mounting bracket. This is because it is made for jdm preludes. Just something to think about...
