i have been reading alot of posts about shock knock. i also have that problem in my 93 prelude sr. this problem shou;ld have been a RECALL. but anyways i was wondering how much it would take to fix it at the dealership and if this is an reoccuring problem even after the fix. thx

It would probably be fixed temporarily i believe. After a few months supposedly the noise will come back according to what i've read on this board. I heard it's actually quite simple to do this fix yourself. You should look into and save your money by not going to the dealer. Try a search.

I get the shock knock also, but I didn't get it until I put lowering springs on the car which was at about 98,000 miles.
