shift linkages, and lubercation questions??

I have a 93 VTEC, and I have noticed that whenever I go into any gear its not smooth at all it just feels hard to go into. This happens in all gears except 5th. I wonder what I have to do to get them going smooth and crisp again? Does anyone know? Thanks

I had that happen in my integra. I was told that I had to rebuilt the gear box or replace the tranny....

I doubt your problem has to do with the shift linkage. As mentioned above the problem probably lies in your tranny. You could try changing the transmission fluid. Honda mtf is the best.
