Shift knob removal

Does anyone know how to remove the stock shift knob on a 93 lude. I'm having a little trouble and I could use some help. Thanks.

Ummm.. you have to sorta push/pull the boot down because it's connected to the knob, after that it just unscrews off.

unclip the shift boot from the knob by squeezing the chrome plastic ring and disconnect it from the shift knob, then twist off the shift knob.
