I hadn't heard much about these but a guy I raced the other night suggested I get one for my automatic and then I could shift or it would make it better for shifting gears than an auto or something he didn't explain much about em he just said he can get me stuff cheap so it is worth a shot. Are these things worth it, how do they work, and what is a good one.
