Second Prelude with speedometer issues
I thought my first Prelude was just cursed, but nearly the identical issue is happening to this Prelude as well.
When i'm going 25 MPH, my spedo says 40.. when I'm going 60, my spedo actually says 60, but as I speed up to 70-75 MPH, my spedo will slooooowly move up to about 68. I verified this by comparing my speeds to my TomTom GPS, and the classic "have my wife drive next to me on highway while on her cellphone with me to tell me how fast we are going" method.
I can normally "feel" how fast I'm going anyway, so this isn't a huge deal, but what exactly causes this to happen? And what can be done to fix it?
