Can i install the seats from a 98-01 integra dc into my 92 prelude?

I don't think so. I know some civics seats fit
But I have Front and rear seats from preludes w 70k near mint
For sale
Front- need to be picked up 80 for both gray stipes or black
...
Rear gray horizontal stripes 4 pcs-110 shipped

i appreciate the offer, but i have nice seats in there, i jsut dont like the bucket style. I want more of the flat back

of course you can!

..you have to just make your own custom rails to get them fit (2 ways: cut your car's seat rails to pieces and weld them to fit your new seats, or make & weld some new rails to the new seats).
Id recommend that get another pair of oem seat rails and cut & weld them to fit on those new seats.
so if you can weld things and so on, youre good to go.
