Does anyone have or know of a write up on how to remove the base insode the quarter pannel of the S2K. I bought one from a guy and he can't figure out how to get it to go through the hole. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
I understand that but I also understand that there are many members that have replaced their antennas with S2000 antennas. Just wondering if anyone on here has removed one themselves.

Well i got the antenna today and installed it in about 30 minutes. I kind of had to "custom" do it. If anyone needs any help doing this I can let you know how I did it but it involved yard tools. It does look very nice though and what i cut was back behind where the jack goes.
Post a DIY on it...I'm sure there'll be some people interested, IMO.
