rsx seats in a 4th gen?

I went to my acura dealer last week and they had a rsx on the
showroom floor that had the OE performance package, but the
seats were standard. They are made by recaro but arent stiched
or anything, Since they are similar cars would it be safe to say
that if I came across some for cheap that they could fit with a little
fabrication for a bracket or something???

They reason I want them is because they have the insert above the head for a harness.

Well , they won't fit up directly, but you my be able to alter the brackets to fit the Prelude. You could also have a bracket cutom fabricated.

In my opinion though, I would just go with aftermarket seats.
