Rough Warm Idle

I have a 96 Prelude Si with a kind of strange idle. When the car is fully warmed up after driving the idle (roughly 600-800 RPM) would be a little rough however if i give it a little gas to about 1000 rpm it will be extremely smooth. When the engine is still warming up it will idle smoothly also. I was wondering what could be the cause of this (ICV?, dirty air filter?). The car is bone stock with no mods at all. The rough idle does not cause the car to die out, its just annoying to sit at a light and have your car shake.
