Rocker arms

is there a specific sequence to the rocker arms? I took them out thinking no. But after I changed my head gasket and bolted on my F22B DOHC head, I noticed that the rocker arms had numbers on them (.0, .1, .2,.3,.4). There wasn't an even number of them either. There were a bunch of .4s and few of the the others. This is the only thing stumping me. Any help? Thanks

Sounds like you're talking about those things that hold the camshaft in place b/c that motor doesn't have rocker arms. If so, there should be even amount of them for both the intake and exhaust camshafts. If I remember correctly, the only ones that need to be in certain spots are the ones at the 4 corners of the head, and certain bolts goes on certain spots.

I know what you're talking about and those are labeled "I" for the intake side and "E" for the exhaust side with arrows pointing to the cam gears. What I mean are those little arms that push the valves back and fourth. There are like 12 of them. Once you take the cam shafts off, if you were to flip the head upside down these babies would literally just fall out. Is there a specific order to them? They have little numbers on the side of them. While I'm at it, what is the torque sequence for the bolts that hold the camshafts on for a F22B DOHC (essentially an H23 DOHC)?
