rims-decisions...decisions

In about two months I'm looking at getting rid of my stock rims and replacing them with some 17's. The tenzo RS-5's look dope and I found them in a pckage deal with a set of kumho tiress for 900. That seems like a pretty good deal for 17's. What do you guys think? Do you have any suggestions on a wheel &tire package for 1300 or less? How about any good websites?
