My reverse light stays on until i put it in 5th gear, and it stays on when i put it in reverse. so 1st-on 2nd-on 3rd-on 4th-on 5th-off Reverse-on Any idea what might be wrong? 95 prelude h23. thanks in advance. There should be a switch on the tranny that engages/disengages the reverse light. It may have gone bad. It should be easy to find, but you should probably look it up in a shop manual.
