it's around 6800 rpm... the stock tach isn't that accurate when you're way up in the rpms. if you hit the limiter, you'll definetly know it!

hmmmm....I was hoping it was higher than that. I've been revving it up to 7000rpm alot b4 i change gears but I dunno if I hit the limiter or not. Since the tach is not accurate I guess 7000rpm on the tach translates to 6800 rpm on the motor...looks like I've been changing gears right at the instant b4 it hits the limiter. I wish our motors have a higher redline....

I have another question...how far is it typically on most cars is the rev limiter past redline?? Sorry bout all the questions.
