I have my cat then 2.25 piping(bigger than stock) running up to my stock muffler. i lack a resonator completely and frankly my car sounds like crap without it. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on resonators to silent my car. with my current set up it really isnt too loud but it does sounds kinda like a weed whacker which is very irrataing.
no real recommendations, just know that the bigger the resonator, the deeper and quieter the tone. but im sure u'll be fine with a stock one since u have the stock muffler.
Magnaflowwwww. Oh man, I got a 2.25 or 2.5 all the way from the downpipe with a 22" magnaflow resonator, magnaflow carsound cat, and an rsx type-s muffler. Man it sounds sooo mean and quiet. I love it. Entire setup cost about $200.
