Hi. I just received my new antenna mast and I have a quick question. When putting in the mast, should the teeth be facing towards the front or back of the car? Thanks!
huh? teeth need to wrap around that roller in the antenna. So i guess towards the front of the car. I dunno how you are going to change it without taking the antenna out.
I had the original antenna mast out a while ago b/c it broke in car wash, so I forgot which way it was facing. I got just a replacement antenna mast and I thought all I needed to do was unscrew the locking piece for the antenna, turn the radio on, put in the new mast, then turn the radio off and let the teeth grab and pull the replacement mast down?
