when i got my prelude the drivers side door had to be replaced...after 4 months of looking around i finally found a door to replace it with...i was going to try to change the door but the person i got the door from told me that its hard to take the door off...he said i have to take the fender and front bumper off to do it...is this true? if he is right how much would a shop charge to do this kind of work? thanks
you don't have to take the bumper off, only the fender, then it is 4 bolts off and 4 bolts on and then your new door is on. Replace the fender and you're "ALL GOOD"!

the bodyshop that put my kit/paint on told me that when i need to take the front off to change headlight bulbs (which I guess I dont have to do, thank god.. never changed 'em) that the kits riveted so a few screws pops it off..
but i guess my front doesnt have to drop for headlight bulbs
