hey everyone, it is easy enough to find info on how to install oil seals, but how do you get the old seals out without damaging anything. The engine is in the car, and I have access to the seals, just need to figure out how to pull them out.

Front main seal. I had the front balance shaft seal too, but I got that one out. Can't seem to get the main seal to move though.
